EDGE^TM is a revolutionary new piping system that offers the safety of compression sleeve with the speed of crimp. EDGE_^TM is designed for security and speed without the need for expansion. EDGE^TM is a comprehensive plumbing solution consisting of DZR brass fittings and solvent-resistant polymer sleeves and fittings, highly flexible PN16 PE-Xa pipe ranging from 16mm to 32mm for hot and cold, recycled and rainwater use.

Q. What adaptors are available to other systems?

A. EDGE to pressfit copper fittings are available. Adapting EDGE to other systems is possible via a threaded connection.

Q. What tools can be used?

A. RAUTOOL Alight-2, A3, E3 and Rothenberger Romax Axial tools with EDGE jaws are suitable battery tool options. RAUTOOL L1 with EDGE jaws is a manual tool option. Suitable EDGE jaws can be identified by their black colouring and EDGE markings.

Q. How can EDGE be differentiated from other systems?

A. EDGE pipes come in bright silver colour for hot and cold water, and in red, green and lilac. All pipes have EDGE markings in double line print running the length of the pipe to differentiate from other systems.

Q. Can the fittings be rotated after installation

A. Yes, fittings can be rotated after installation without affecting the integrity of the joint.
