Stiebel Eltron launches Home of the Future showrooms in Melbourne and Perth.
German building services and renewables manufacturer Stiebel Eltron has celebrated the launch of two new showrooms in Perth and Melbourne. Customers can now experience Stiebel Eltron’s hot water, heating, and ventilation products in a Home of the Future showroom space.
Two new sites |
Melbourne is headquarters to the Australian team and home to sixteen employees. Their new office space covers 300m2 and is just upstairs from the showing space which is also 300 m2. In this space a wide variety of products from the business are on interactive display; across hot water, heating, and ventilation. These twin functional sites are all supported by a further 900 m2 of warehouse and storage. This flagship showroom and headquarters — a combined 1500m2 — was completed in just three months.
The Subiaco showroom, in Western Australia, has heat pumps, electric instantaneous water heaters, storage heaters, room heaters and ventilation appliances presented in a 280m2 showroom. Four employees are located in Perth, taking care of customers in Western Australia.
The Stiebel Eltron energy revolution can now be experienced under two roofs.
A central feature of both showrooms is hydronic heating and hot water, which are powered by Stiebel Eltron air sourced heat pumps. Stiebel Eltron began developing heat pump technology as early as 1976 for energy efficient hot water, heating and cooling. This heat pump technology has been tried and tested in Germany for over forty years, consistently delivering energy, environmental and financial savings.
For even greater self‑sufficiency the Home of the Future showrooms show off Stiebel Eltron heat pumps connected to solar PV and energy management systems. When heating and self-generated electricity are perfectly matched and managed solar power consumption is optimised. Just another way Stiebel Eltron is leading the renewable charge, offering products and systems which will make your home fit for the future.
On August 20th over one hundred developers, architects, plumbers, electricians, merchants and consultants made their way to be part of the opening of the new STIEBEL ELTRON showroom in Subiaco, Perth. The celebration then continued Thursday 22nd August, with more than two hundred guests present for the Port Melbourne showroom launch.
The guests were welcomed and — with a wide selection of drinks and canapés — they had the chance to inspect, try out and learn about different green energy products in the brand-new Home of the Future showroom spaces.
Special guests from Germany included Dr. Ulrich Stiebel, co-owner of the STIEBEL ELTRON Group and Dr Nicholas Matten, Managing Director of STIEBEL ELTRON.
